Volunteering with animals

Animals need our help – whether protecting endangered species or helping care for sick and injured animals. In any given month more than 20,000 people search for volunteering opportunities working with animals, but organisations such as the PDSA or the RSPCA are always looking for more people to help with their activities. If you’re a ‘dog or cat person’ or even not frightened of handling reptiles, volunteering with animals could provide you with life-enhancing opportunities.
